I’m from India and have been living in Saudi Arabia for over 5 years now. Although I am accustomed to Suzuki cars in India in my family, I always started to admire Toyota. Our family uses the Toyota Fortuner as the go to vehicles however, recently my wife wanted a car for help in Dubai to go to work and also some family requirements. We went shopping for a suitable one for her to drive in the city, and since she wanted an SUV, we like the sub compact Urban Cruiser from Toyota-our favourite brand. After a test drive, and exploring in and out, we bought it last month. And my wife is really having a great time driving around, a very comfortable, easy and compact park as well. Even my experience with this smaller SUV, quite excellent, turns out to be a good decision.

I’m a proud owner of this compact SUV, bought earlier this year, and happy to note that it has been a great experience so far, as expected. The 1.5L, 4-cylinder is peppy, good power and troupe and best to drive. Since my use is mostly inside the city, I find the urban Cruiser quite practical SUV. It is a compact SUV so the cabin may look smaller but for us, it is more than enough. My wife and I are the only top people in every drive, so the space both in-cabin and the boot is just fine.

A price range of SAR 80-90 for the Urban Cruiser makes it one of the best options for first time buyers. I’m among those who own this Toyota compact SUV. After using it for over 8 months now, I’m pretty happy with the Urban Cruiser’s ownership. At this price point, I’m happy to get almost everything that I ever wished. The cabin is spacious, the features for safety, comfort, connectivity are just fine, and enough boot space as well. I used the car for my daily office trips, mostly in the city of Jeddah and was pretty happy with the mileage.

I was looking for an SUV and I had my eyes on quite a few good cars and I also took many test drives as well but nothing was that good or satisfactory to my comfort or taste or looks. But then I had a chance to gout out with my colleague one day and she was driving Toyota Urban Cruiser I enquired and read about it, and I became such a huge fan. I did not have to book any test drive as I was so happy with that experience. And I think 2024 version is damn good and far advance.

Toyota Urban Cruiser has become one of the classic and awesome SUV and it has been made the biggest sale of the year. What mesmerized me is the design and styling of the Urban Cruiser, as I really admire the edges and sharp box look in any car and Toyota Urban Cruiser has excellent neat features. The front grille has been kept quite simple and sober with a single line chrome putting its effect. Although I really think Toyota could do better with Urban Cruiser’s rear side looks but it seems Toyota has its own mark when it comes to rear.

I have been a very happy and satisfied owner of the Urban Cruiser for more than a year and a half. This is my first car, and I am using our family Toyota Camry for 3 years since learning to drive. The Urban Cruiser is my favorite compact SUV, and it is both fun to drive and a serious one when necessary. I got a very reasonable deal from the Mecca dealer, and the SUV has been my everyday partners to work and back home. Also, occasional highway trips with friends are quite welcome as the car is good on highways too. The engine, interior, performance, overall look and feel, everything is fine with me. Never faced a dull moment in that 18 months, and this SUV is going to be with me for quite a long time. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a value buy for daily use.
